By accessing or using ResonanceME ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Resonance Institute (ABN available on request), Queensland, Australia ("we", "us").
ResonanceME is a self-knowledge and compatibility platform. It provides questionnaires, AI-written analysis, and tools to compare yourself with other people.
It is not a medical service, a therapy service, or licensed counselling, and nothing on it is professional psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. Reports are generated by AI from the answers people give, can be wrong, and describe patterns, not diagnoses or predictions.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, please contact emergency services on 000, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
You must be 18 or older to use ResonanceME. Some domains ask about relationships, sex and intimacy, and are written for adults.
You don't need a password. You give us your email address, and to return on another device you ask for a sign-in link, which we email you and which works once for 15 minutes. Anyone with access to your email can sign in as you, so keep it secure.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@resonanceme.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Give false or misleading answers with the intent of deceiving a match.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data or content from the platform.
• Harass, pressure, harm or deceive another person, or misrepresent who you are when sending a Match invite.
• Send unsolicited or bulk Match invites, or use the Service to collect or contact people in bulk.
When you send a Match invite, the recipient receives an email with your name and a private link. You confirm you have a genuine, respectful relationship with them and are not pressuring them.
Recipients are never required to take part. If both people complete their side, both receive the same Match Report. Neither person's raw answers are shown to the other.
SELF and Friend Matches are free. A Love Match costs a one-time A$19 per match, charged through Stripe when you send it. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices or what is free in future; a change never affects a payment you have already made.
A paid Love Match is delivered digitally and immediately, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something goes wrong on our side — a payment is taken but the invite isn't sent, or the report can't be generated — email support@resonanceme.com within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here limits them.
The content, design, questions, frameworks and reports on ResonanceME belong to us. You may not copy, redistribute or commercialise any part of the Service without written permission.
Your own answers remain yours; we do not claim ownership of what you tell us. You may share your own results and Match Reports with anyone you choose.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided as available, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
ResonanceME gives you information and analysis. Decisions you make from it, including about relationships, careers and life, are your own responsibility.
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@resonanceme.com. We may suspend or end access to the Service, with or without notice, for conduct that breaks these terms or harms other users or the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll change the date above, and for material changes we'll email people who have an account. Continuing to use ResonanceME after a change means you accept the updated terms.
