Refunds
A Love Match is delivered digitally and straight away, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a payment is taken but the invite is not sent, or the report cannot be generated, email support@resonanceme.com within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are handled by Stripe.
